1. General

2.1 Registration information
When registering for our service certain personal identifiable information will be required, this includes information provided at the time of registration, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem to us. The sole use of this information will be for the establishment of a 'user account' and for the creation of a 'user name' and 'password' for your access to the website.
2.2 Inputted information
Registered users of our service have the facility to enter 'user notes' and to set-up a 'user profile' personalisation of the service. This information will not be accessed by us without your express permission, except where, in our reasonable opinion, we consider it necessary to do so in the best interests and/or for the proper management of our service, for example to carry-out site maintenance, or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.
2.3 Other information
Our Site does not automatically capture or store personal information other than that necessary to log the user's IP address, that information necessary to operate your account, and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used.
We may, however, also collect and process the following information:

3. IP addresses and use of cookies
To enable us to provide the services available on the Site and to monitor and improve the Site, we may gather certain information about you, including details of your operating system, browser version, domain name and IP address, the details of the web site you linked from to the Site.
For the same reason we may use cookies to obtain information such as your user name and your session identifiers to enable us to identify whether you are registered on to the Site and, if so, to shortcut your access to the Site.
