Maintained by Westminster Parliamentary Research, the Record aims to provide our subscribers with the information that they need by offering accurate and detailed biographical information of Parliamentarians and aspiring Parliamentarians.
The advanced search functions built in to the Record enable our subscribers to retrieve the targeted information that they require in a user-friendly way. As well as maintaining the Record, Westminster Parliamentary Research offers further research and consultancy services in the field of parliamentary affairs. The Record provides profiles of Members of Parliament and is currently being expanded to include Members of the House of Lords. It details their past careers, political interests and personal information. It includes a comprehensive history of ministerial and government posts held, party appointments on national and regional level and past and present members of House of Commons committees.
The Record also features a user-friendly relationship management function. This enables multiple users to monitor their contact with Parliamentarians, or simply to make notes available for other users.
